COVID ANNOUNCEMENT

At Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Bucharest North, our number one priority is the well-being, health and safety of our guest and team members.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about specific actions we have implemented and how we are preparing for recovery in this new reality.

  • All staff members are requested to measure their body temperature upon entering their shift via an accurate and intelligent infrared thermometer;
  • All staff members are required to wear surgical face masks, wear gloves and maintain good personal hygiene at all times, during their duties;
  • In each guest room a thorough cleaning and sanitization process is conducted using appropriate cleaning and disinfection methods;
  • Frequent sanitization of high-contact points, such as elevator buttons, door handles, reception counters, bathrooms and conference rooms;
  • Carpets at the hotel’s entrance are frequently sprayed with qualified disinfectants;
  • Staff and guests are encouraged to apply alcohol-based disinfectant hand rub dispensers that are installed at all conference rooms and the hotel public areas;
  • So as to optimize our operations and limit time and exposure at Front Desk, our guests can avail of the pre-check-in or express check-out procedures;
  • The generous size of our conference rooms provides our clients with the opportunity to host mass gatherings or social activities in our hotel, without affecting the approved layout of the room, but complying with the measures that encourage social distancing;
  • Room service is available both for the in-house guests and for the participants to events; different measures from food preparation to dining experience have been implemented to ensure food hygiene safety;
  • Technical staff routinely check that building ventilation systems are working properly and maintained per standard protocols for optimal indoor air quality;
  • All employees have been briefed on the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and local health authorities;
  • We conduct daily meetings with our employees to review any relevant situation and are in constant communication with the relevant health and travel authorities to keep our guests and employees updated and to advise them on appropriate measures to observe.
